Sheilah McCray-Fields
Sheilah McCray-Fields is a native of New Haven, CT. A true servant of God who exemplifies a spirit of excellent principals for the edification of Gods Kingdom. She demonstrates Gods love to all whom she encounters. Her passion for God and commitment to helping others is evident through her lifestyle of service. Her walk in Christ is distinct in her obedience and willingness to trust God in all things. Her full time mission is to kindle a revived zeal for Christ in young women and young men who she encounters daily.
Sheilah holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Organizational Leadership from Albertus Magnus College. Professionally she has impacted the lives of many children as a Braille Tutor in the state of Connecticut, as a private contractor (Nobody but God).
In 2013 James and Sheilah founded U and I homecare INC an organization in the community of New Haven, that supports to individual women & men with unwavering supports in the confines of their own homes a skilled facilities or hospital setting. The corporation goal is to empower and enhancing the quality of life for our clients to maintain their independence while living a quality life to the full till it overflows while providing exceptional loving care.

Sheilah is married to Pastor James Fields, and is the proud mom of two sons Sean and Shemar, three grand-kisses Che’ Jr, Lauryn and Dakotah raising Godly young children is not only her firm belief, however we must actively live everyday in love and integrity as our primary purpose.
